STAT5-IN-1, de STAT5 fosforylatie specifieke remmer, blokkeert selectief de STAT5-signalering en verlaagt het percentage CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ Tregs na SEC2-stimulatie op miltcellen van muizen.
In Vivo

STAT5-IN-1, een STAT5-remmer, vermindert significant atherosclerose in ApoE-/- muizen geïnduceerd door HFD door ontsteking te verminderen.

    Fresh murine splenocytes seeded in 24-well flat-bottom plates are treated with each inhibitor at final concentrations of 10 μM LY294002, 10 mM Trigonelline, 0.47 mM STAT5-IN-1, 50 μM SB431542, and 1 μM SIS3, or treated with 10 μg/mL anti-IL-2 neutralizing antibody, respectively, then cells are stimulated with 104 ng/mL SEC2 for 3 days in a humidified incubator at 37 ℃ with 5% CO2.
