Beschrijving Skp2 inhibitor C1 (SKPin C1) is een specifieke en selectieve kleine-molecule remmer van Skp2-gemedieerde p27-afbraak door de p27-binding te verminderen via belangrijke verbinding-receptorcontacten.

In vitro Behandeling van MCF-7 borstkankercellijnen met Skp2 inhibitor C1 (SKPin C1) verhoogt niet, maar verlaagt eerder het percentage cellen in G1, terwijl de G2/M-populatie toeneemt.
