Beschrijving SGC-CBP30 is een potente CREBBP/EP300-remmer met een IC50 van respectievelijk 21 nM en 38 nM in celvrije assays. Vertoont een 40-voudige en 250-voudige selectiviteit voor CBP ten opzichte van de eerste BRD van BRD4 (BRD4(1)) en BRD4(2) respectievelijk.

Combination of DDR1 and EP300 inhibitors synergistically alleviated BLM-induced pulmonary fibrosis and inflammation in vivo. Except for rats in the normal group, all rats were pre-treated with 2.5 U/Kg bleomycin at day 0, and were orally administrated CQ-061 (50 mg/kg) and/or SGC-CBP30 (25 mg/Kg) or normal saline (NS) once per day for 14 days (from days 1–14).
