 8.000mg/ml (17.74mM) Taking the 1 mL working solution as an example, add 50 μL of 160 mg/ml clarified DMSO stock solution to 400 μL of PEG300, mix evenly to clarify it; add 50 μL of Tween80 to the above system, mix evenly to clarify; then continue to add 500 μL of ddH2O to adjust the volume to 1 mL. De combinatietherapie van Seclidemstat (SP-2577) met checkpointremmers kan immunogene reacties van SWI/SNF-gemuteerde eierstokkanker induceren of versterken. Deze verbinding bevordert de expressie van endogene retrovirussen (ERVs) en activering van de IFNβ-route in SCCOHT-cellijnen (small cell carcinoma of the ovary hypercalcemic type). Het (3 μM) bevordert PD-L1-expressie in SCCOHT COV 434 pIND 20 BRG1-2.7-cellijn.

    The SCCOHT and OCCC cell lines are seeded in T-25 tissue culture treated flasks at 3 x 105 cells in 5mL of the appropriate phenol red free complete growth medium. After 48 h, at 70–80% confluency, the cells are treated with 3μM or 1μM of this compound. After 72 h, the media is collected from the flasks and stored at -80°C until use for various assays.
