 5.000mg/ml (16.37mM) Taking the 1 mL working solution as an example, add 50 μL of 100 mg/ml clarified DMSO stock solution to 400 μL of PEG300, mix evenly to clarify it; add 50 μL of Tween80 to the above system, mix evenly to clarify; then continue to add 500 μL of ddH2O to adjust the volume to 1 mL. The mixed solution should be used immediately for optimal results.

Biologische activiteit

Beschrijving MSAB is een selectieve remmer van de Wnt/β-catenine-signalering die bindt aan β-catenine, de afbraak ervan bevordert en specifiek Wnt/β-catenine-doelgenen downreguleert. Deze verbinding vertoont krachtige antitumorale effecten.

MSAB verhindert dat RAW264.7-cellen en menselijke PMBC's differentiëren in OC's. Deze verbinding vermindert de expressie van β‐catenine in RAW264.7 en ARP1 WT-cellen.
In Vivo

MSAB (10-20 mg/kg; i.p. dagelijks gedurende 2 weken) remt tumorgroei van Wnt-afhankelijke kankercellen in xenograftmuizen en MMTV-Wnt1 transgene muizen.

  • Methode

    RAW264 cells are seeded in a 24‐well plate at the density of 3,000 cells/well. Humen PBMCs cells are seeded in a 24‐well plate at the density of 1 × 106 cells/well. After 6 days (RAW264 cells) or 15 days (PBMCs), the degree of osteoclast differentiation is determined by detecting the TRAP activity of the cells.
