Beschrijving Lenvatinib Mesylate is een synthetische, oraal beschikbare tyrosine kinase remmer die vasculaire endotheliale groeifactorreceptor (VEGFR1-3), fibroblastgroeifactorreceptor (FGFR1-4), bloedplaatjesafgeleide groeifactorreceptor α (PDGFRα), stamcelfactorreceptor (Kit (c-Kit)), en geherrangschikt tijdens transfectie (RET (c-RET)) remt. Deze verbinding heeft potentiële antineoplastische activiteit.
