Biologische activiteit

Beschrijving Elotuzumab (anti-SLAMF7, BMS-901608, PDL063, HuLuc63) is een gehumaniseerd monoklonaal antilichaam dat bindt aan human signaling lymphocytic activation molecule F7 (hSLAMF7, ook bekend als CS1, CD319, of CRACC). Elotuzumab vertoont een dubbel werkingsmechanisme dat de directe activering van natural killer (NK) cellen en de inductie van NK cel-gemedieerde antilichaam-afhankelijke cellulaire cytotoxiciteit omvat.
