Beschrijving DT-061 (SMAP) is een biologisch beschikbare PP2A activator. Het vermindert de cellevensvatbaarheid in de HCC827- en HCC3255-cellijnen, met IC50-waarden van respectievelijk 14,3 μM en 12,4 μM.
