 4.000mg/ml (9.94mM) Taking the 1 mL working solution as an example, add 50 μL of 80 mg/ml clarified DMSO stock solution to 400 μL of PEG300, mix evenly to clarify it; add 50 μL of Tween80 to the above system, mix evenly to clarify; then continue to add 500 μL of ddH2O to adjust the volume to 1 mL. The mixed solution should be used immediately for optimal results.

Beschrijving Nobiletin, een citrusflavonoïde geïsoleerd uit citrusschillen, zoals die van mandarijn, die ontstekingsremmende en antitumorale activiteiten heeft.
Doelen

In vitro Nobiletin, een citrusflavonoïde geïsoleerd uit citrusschillen, zoals die van mandarijn, die ontstekingsremmende en antitumorale activiteiten heeft. Deze verbinding, een polymethoxyflavonoïde, is geïdentificeerd als een remmer van zowel NO- als O 2--generatie. Het remt significant twee huidontstekingen veroorzaakt door dubbele TPA-toepassing. Het onderdrukt ook de expressie van cyclooxygenase-2 en induceerbare NO-synthase-eiwitten en prostaglandine E2-afgifte. Deze chemische stof remt de tumorinvasieve activiteit van menselijke fibrosarcoom HT-1080-cellen in het Matrigel-model, niet alleen door de expressie van MMPs te onderdrukken, maar ook door de TIMP-1-productie te vergroten door interferentie met de fosfatidylinositol 3-kinase-route (PI3-K). Het kan ook atherosclerose op het niveau van de vaatwand voorkomen door de vorming van macrofaag-schuimcellen te remmen.
