Beschrijving

2',3'-cGAMP Sodium Salt (2'-3'-cyclisch GMP-AMP Natrium) wordt geproduceerd als reactie op DNA in het cytoplasma in zoogdiercellen en bindt STING met hoge affiniteit en is een effectieve inductor van interferon-β (IFNβ). 2',3'-cGAMP bindt aan STING met een Kd van 3,79 nM.

2',3'-cGAMP is een endogene tweede boodschapper die wordt geproduceerd door zoogdiercellen. 2',3'-cGAMP is een ligand met hoge affiniteit voor STING. 2',3'-cGAMP is een potente inductor van type-I interferonen. 2',3'-cGAMP-binding induceert conformationele veranderingen van STING.
